Sold in Mesa Verde: Keys Handed Over at Corsica Place

There is something special about the moment the keys are finally handed over.

After months of preparing, marketing, showing, negotiating, navigating inspections, appraisal, repairs, contingency deadlines, and all of the details that happen behind the scenes, 1566 Corsica Place in Mesa Verde has officially closed at $1,364,000 — approximately $1,005 per square foot.

This sale was a reminder that selling a home in a changing market takes more than simply putting a property on the MLS. It takes patience, communication, strategy, flexibility, and a willingness to keep moving forward when a transaction becomes complicated.

Mesa Verde continues to be one of the areas I enjoy sharing with buyers because it offers so much beyond the homes themselves — established neighborhoods, parks, tree-lined streets, and convenient access to Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and the Southern California lifestyle.

I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to represent the sellers of this home and guide the transaction all the way through closing.

And now…the sign comes down, the keys are handed over, and a new chapter begins.

If you are considering selling a home in Costa Mesa, Mesa Verde, Huntington Beach, or another Orange County community, I’m always happy to talk through the process and help you understand what today’s market looks like.
